Self care

It doesn’t have to be complicated or convoluted.

The simple things are quite often the best

It can be as simple as taking time out to really enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, or going for a walk and getting some fresh air.

Spending some time in the garden, relaxing or pottering or potting.

It can take so many forms - the important thing is that it’s your thing and that you do it.

Taking time out to sit and read a good book or to learn something new.

Having a snuggle on the couch with my PupPup is one of mine that appears very high on my list - for both of us.
